In 2025, Avincis strengthened its offshore capabilities through the acquisition of KN Helicopters, a Danish operator serving the offshore wind sector since 2016. Operating from three bases in Denmark, KN Helicopters manages a fleet of Airbus H135 and H145 helicopters, delivering agile and efficient support to wind farms across the North Sea region.

This acquisition marked Avincis' entry into the rapidly expanding offshore wind market; a strategic step as we continue to broaden our service portfolio and geographic reach.

We also provide dedicated transport and medevac services to the offshore oil and gas industry, including operations in Mozambique and Italy, using a fleet of AW139 helicopters. These missions demonstrate our ability to deliver safe, efficient, and mission-critical aerial support across diverse offshore environments.
